The registration for this event must be done through the FISU Online Accreditation System, accessible through here:

The username and password needed for this system must be provided by FISU directly. If you don’t have them, please contact FISU about it and they will inform you of all necessary steps you should take.

Each country is authorised to enter a maximum of twenty-nine (29) competitors (sixteen (16) men and thirteen (13) women) and five (5) officials.



If you are a Media:

  • Click on create your own account online
  • Fill the form and click on "create user"
  • You will receive a confirmation email after a new user has been created. Then you can login with this account and you can fill in media form for registration.

Important: You cannot create multiple users with the same email address.

Financial Conditions
  • Participating Fee – the participation fee for all Championships is 70 EUR per day and per participant. If you register more officials than what our regulations allow, the Organising Committee is entitled to ask you a higher participation fee.

  • FISU Registration Fee – the FISU registration fee is 20 EUR per competitor and officials for effective member-associations of FISU, for non-member-associations is 40 EUR. This will be collected by the FISU CIC before issuing the competitors credentials.

  • 25% Deposit – the Organising Committees are entitled to ask you for a pre-payment of 25% of your total participation fee. This will be requested after submission of your Quantitative entry form 3 months before the event.

  • Refereeing Fee – Referees shall be appointed jointly by WKF and the FISU Technical Delegate. The participating delegations shall bear their costs of travel, board and lodging in proportion to the number of athletes registered (from two days before the opening ceremony to one day after the closing ceremony). The Organising Committee shall announce the exact sum shortly after the closing date for nominative entries (one month before the beginning of the World University Karate Championship).

    The Refereeing Fee for this Championship is 100€ per Athlete.

  • Accommodation Deposit – A deposit for accommodation is required, the WUC Karate OC has decided to ask at the check-in 50€ per room, in cash for a deposit in case of damages to the premises. There will be a check out procedure to clear room deposits.
